We're looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen crew. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our culinary operation — prepping fresh ingredients, supporting our cooks, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Prep fresh ingredients: wash, chop, portion, and measure Support line cooks and chefs during service Help with recipe prep and basic menu execution Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with special events and catering as needed Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Communicate with the team to ensure smooth service What We're Looking For Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred Basic knife skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety practices (ServSafe a plus) A team player with a great attitude and work ethic Weekend and evening availability Experience with catering or events is a bonus Why Work With Us Fun, energetic atmosphere with golf vibes Room to grow with a brand-new local concept Staff discounts, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team Be part of the founding team at a unique new venue

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
