Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of meal preparation and menu planning. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards, whether in fine dining or catering settings. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist with menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special events. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food service industry. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dietary department practices and menu planning is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail in meal preparation.
