Years of Proven Success Responsibilities:

Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies. Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, weighing, bagging, and preparing . Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and kitchen areas at the end of each shift. Perform inventory checks and complete food preparation and storage logs. Due to scheduling difficulties, applicants who are not available to work any Sundays will not be interviewed. Many staff members prefer to be off Sundays so we try to approach it as fairly as possible.)
