Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member We are looking for someone that can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment and work multiple stations on the truck.

Responsibilities include:

✔ Cooking food to order ✔ Food prep & restocking ✔ Working grill & fryer stations ✔ Washing dishes & helping keep truck clean ✔ Assisting wherever needed during rushes ✔ Moving with a sense of urgency ✔ Working as a team

Requirements:

✔ Reliable & on time ✔ Able to work weekends ✔ Flexible schedule ✔ Able to stand for long periods of time ✔ Works well under pressure ✔ Positive attitude ✔ Works well with others Restaurant, grill, or food service experience is preferred.

Experience with:

Flat top grills Fryers Burgers Philly cheesesteaks Prep work is a plus.
