Job Description

Delta Biscuit is a southern style breakfast and brunch restaurant inspired by the tastes, sights and sounds of Louisiana. Our mission is to provide exceptional service for our guests with food made with high quality, fresh ingredients. In October, we're opening our second restaurant in the historic old post office building in Ruston. We're looking for line cooks across saute, fry, flat top, and prep. Successful candidates bring energy, positivity, and a commitment to excellence. Our team creates memorable experiences with outstanding hospitality and teamwork.
Successful candidates show:
Exceptional hospitality skills and temperament. A positive attitude and contribution to a welcoming environment. A strong work ethic and comfort in a fast-paced restaurant. Clean and honest communication, and openness to feedback. Teamwork, such as lending a hand across various areas of the restaurant. Preparation and service of food and beverages according to our standards, and food safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs Maintenance of the restaurant's mission, core values, and overall culture. Restaurant work can be physically demanding. At a minimum, we ask that you can stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 30 pounds; and, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Our Values. $12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
