Full Job Description Job Type :

Head Cook - Full Time Downtown restaurant open Wednesday thru Sunday. Applicant must have over 2 years experience in a breakfast and lunch environment where small private events can also be held in a separate room.

Requirements:

Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food according to standardized recipes, and menus. You will use your prior experience with cutting tools, and cookware, combined with your knowledge of cooking procedures. Prepare food in a timely manner Adheres to all sanitation and food safety standards maintaining a clean kitchen. Able to lift pots and pans, food products up to 40lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be 18 years of age or older. Servsafe Manager certificate a plus Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday Closed for major holidays
