Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and food processors efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety sanitizing procedures Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling techniques and recipe adherence to ensure quality control Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of food safety management Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly preferred Experience working in a breakfast & lunch settings or high-volume production kitchens is advantageous Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling, and kitchen equipment operation is essential Familiarity with culinary techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking methods Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation are required Experience with recipe adherence, and meal preparation Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards Embark on a culinary journey where your skills are valued!
