Some things a Cook does:

Work multiple kitchen stations Prepare menu items to fill table orders in a timely manner Practice sanitary and safe food handling Maintain work area, organize and stock needed items Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding standards for quality, value, service, and cleanliness Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant employees to promote a cooperative and pleasant working environment Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management team and shift leaders Middendorf's reserves the right to add or delete duties and responsibilities at the discretion of its owners and managers.
