Job DescriptionJoin our professional kitchen team in this essential culinary role.

Primary responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standardsCoordinate and manage food orders efficiently during service periodsMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation and equipmentImplement effective food waste management practices and portion control measuresExecute proper inventory management procedures and stock rotationAdhere to all health and safety protocols and food handling guidelines

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 poundsCapability to maintain extended periods of standing and walking throughout shift durationPhysical dexterity to perform essential functions including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twistingValid and current food safety certifications and required licensesCandidates must meet all physical requirements and maintain appropriate certifications to be considered for this position. Background check and drug screening may be required.
