Cook experience Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.

ServSafe Certification Job Duties of Cook:

Preparation of meals in accordance with planned menus and recipes. Preparation of meals that are tasty and appetizing in appearance. Serve food in accordance with established portion control and safety standards. Maintain high levels of sanitation during and at the completion of all food production assignments.
