Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and quality standards Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce perfectly cooked pizzas Assemble pizzas according to customer specifications or menu guidelines, ensuring presentation meets brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management of supply needs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and support overall kitchen operations Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee safe meal preparation and uphold health regulations Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen environments; restaurant or culinary experience preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Strong knife skills for ingredient prep and precise portioning Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus Excellent food service skills with a focus on quality presentation and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is advantageous for accommodating special requests Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
