Brookline, MA Job Details Part-time $17 - $22 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Qualifications Pre-cooking preparation Food service opening procedures Food service cleaning Simple food item preparation Assisting food service staff Full Job Description Job Summary We're looking for someone to join our team at Brothers & Sisters in Brookline! Right now we're looking for a Line Cook to work in the kitchen full time Monday through Friday each week. The hours are 7:30am -- 3:30pm each day (including opening and closing), and the menu is mostly sandwiches with rotating specials. Additional duties include normal kitchen side work like light food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, organizing, etc. We have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and your schedule will always be consistent with us once you complete your paid training. This is our busy season, and it's a job that definitely requires some hustle, and the kitchen is hot! But the tradeoff is that in the slower offseason we'll never cut shifts or people. We have a lot of long-time employees and we're looking to add someone with a good attitude who contributes to our positive culture! While on the clock, meals and drinks are free, as is ice cream from our ice cream shop next door! And off the clock we offer a hefty employee discount. Food service experience is preferred but not required, for the right enthusiastic and reliable candidate!
