The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic dining environment, delivering high-quality meals with precision and creativity. Candidates with experience in fine dining, menu planning, and catering are highly encouraged to apply. The position involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and other appliances Support food service operations by plating dishes promptly during busy hours Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely meal delivery Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area Participate in food safety training sessions and adhere to all safety guidelines Experience Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is advantageous Proven culinary experience in restaurant or food industry settings, including fine dining or catering environments Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, food presentation, and food service operations Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance Background in food preparation, cooking, serving, or related roles within the culinary field is preferred This position offers an engaging environment for culinary professionals eager to develop their skills further while contributing to exceptional dining experiences.
