00 per hour Dalmoros Fresh Italian is reopening our Cambridge location, and we're looking for a motivated Prep Cook / Commissary Team Member to join our growing team! This position will work out of our Cambridge commissary kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients and menu items that support our restaurants throughout the Greater Boston area. In addition to food preparation, this role will assist with taking orders and providing excellent customer service when needed. Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Dalmoros Fresh Italian recipes and standards. Package and organize products for delivery to our Boston-area locations. Assist with taking customer orders and processing payments during busy periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen following all food safety regulations. Receive and organize inventory deliveries. Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO procedures. Work efficiently with the team to ensure all locations receive high-quality products on schedule. Help with general kitchen duties and cleaning throughout each shift. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Food safety knowledge is a plus.
