COOK SUPERVISOR
Brandon Woods of Dartmouth is a family-owned and operated skilled nursing center that has been serving seniors for nearly 50 years. Our 118-bed facility specializes in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Sub-acute Care. Our passion for providing exceptional care while ensuring that our seniors maintain a fulfilling quality of life is what sets us apart.
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and garnishing all meals served during working shifts. Responsible for supervising all dietary personnel during designated shifts and for evaluating productivity and efficiency of all dietary personnel. Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the Dietary Department during working shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in food management and preparation is preferred. Must have a ServSafe Certificate or we will provide certification training. Experience of supervision of personnel and cooking a variety of food in large quantities of various meals is preferred. Hourly Rate - $19.00
