Job Description

Location:

Burrito Bistro Dennis, Harney's Plaza, 485 Rte 134, South Dennis, MA 02660 Burrito Bistro, a fast-casual restaurant known for fresh, flavorful food, is seeking an experienced, hands-on prep cook. As a Burrito Bistro prep cook, your role is to ensure that all the company's daily commissary kitchen prep production is met. You will be familiar with every aspect of our food production and management systems. You will collaborate closely with the company's management team and staff to ensure that the commissary kitchen consistently creates and delivers high-quality products while maintaining a clean, well-organized operation and adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Participate in executing the commissary kitchen's daily food production and store delivery schedule. Verify that our suppliers are providing the product in accordance with our quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, storage, and dish station. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food items. Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong food-preparation skills and knowledge of kitchen operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment. Exhibit a work ethic that is consistent, clean, and well-organized. Maintain good physical and mental health. Obtain the required food handling and safety certifications.

Hours and Compensation:
