Job Summary Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Whether you're chopping, sautéing, or plating, you'll be an essential part of delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and excellence. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Assist in catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes Serve food efficiently to guests or team members while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Requirements Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with strong knife skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry best practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Culinary experience or training that demonstrates proficiency in kitchen operations is preferred Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
