$20/hour Job Summary BILH Behavioral Services is seeking an experienced Cook to join the Nutrition Services team at Lynn Ryan House for an 8-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and serving food in a buffet-style setting and be comfortable working efficiently in a client-facing environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food in a buffet-style setting Ensure meals are prepared and served according to scheduled serving times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe food service environment Interact professionally and courteously with clients Provide excellent customer service Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with maintaining appropriate kitchen and dining areas Requirements Previous experience with food preparation and service ServSafe certification required prior to start Excellent customer service and communication skills De-escalation experience highly preferred Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and safety Easygoing, professional personality Ability to work the full scheduled shift Local candidates preferred, ideally within 10 miles of Lynn Ryan House.
