The job will include working as a team, prep of food, set up and breakdown of stations, knowledge and the ability to follow all food safety and sanitation rules, knowledge on properly temping meats, and working with the staff to provide excellent service at all times, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and the equipment, as well as other requirements.
