Job Description

Proprietors is a seasonal restaurant located in Nantucket, MA. Proprietors operates a fast paced, focused kitchen that draws inspiration from various styles of cuisine. We are immediately seeking a motivated, hard working Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for daily inventory of multiple stations, prep production for their station as well as cooking for dinner service. The Line Cook is expected to work closely with the Sous Chef and all cooks and assist in the daily preparation and execution of all food production. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, a good communicator, has a tireless work ethic, and is able to bring a positive attitude to the team. Duties include but are not limited to, daily prep, development of specials and pantry items, butchery, cleaning and organization, ordering and inventory. Salary based on experience. End of season bonus is available.
