1110 gould street, Needham Heights, MA 02494 Bakery Prep Assistant Job Rôle: To join and engage in Le Petit Four expansion, we are searching an Prep cook to join our team in our Factory in Needham .In this role, you will learn from some of the best pastry chef and amazing bakers, it is hard work but it is highly rewarding. You will be mixing doughs, cutting meat and cheeses, cooking vegetable and baking savory items for the bakery and catering . Keeping track of inventory. Work under the Head Chef, follow their recipe. Participate in the creation of the seasonal menu. Be clean, be able to work independently, have a clean workspace and station, a great attention to detail, always going the extra mile and working with QUALITY! Quality is all that matters. The ideal candidate will not only learn new skills with the french "savoir faire" but will also participate in the growth of the company. If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you!

Schedule:

Weekend availability is a must. Shifts range from early morning to early afternoon start times
