Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients following established recipes and quality standard Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients for daily specials and regular menu items Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to uphold safety standards in production Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Follow recipe adherence meticulously to deliver consistent taste and presentation for all menu items Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or culinary environments is highly preferred Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient prep Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, slicers, mixers, and food processors Understanding of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with meal preparation, catering, or food industry roles is advantageous Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
