No kitchen experience is required — we'll train the right person. If you work hard, move with a sense of urgency, and enjoy being part of a team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards Work grill, fryer, taco/assembly, and other kitchen stations Keep up with a fast-paced, high-volume service Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout the shift Follow portioning, recipe, and food-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Communicate with teammates to keep orders moving quickly Assist with prep, cleaning, dishes, and closing duties as needed Learn multiple kitchen stations as you grow What We're Looking For No previous restaurant experience required. We're looking for people who are: Dependable and show up on time Hard-working and willing to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stay organized under pressure Positive and team-oriented Able to follow recipes and instructions Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Available to work nights and weekends as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods Ability to work around hot kitchen equipment Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs.
