No kitchen experience is required — we'll train the right person. If you work hard, move with a sense of urgency, and enjoy being part of a team, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards Work grill, fryer, taco/assembly, and other kitchen stations Keep up with a fast-paced, high-volume service Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout the shift Follow portioning, recipe, and food-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Communicate with teammates to keep orders moving quickly Assist with prep, cleaning, dishes, and closing duties as needed Learn multiple kitchen stations as you grow What We're Looking For No previous restaurant experience required.
