Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to coordinate cooking times for efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Uphold consistency in food presentation and taste to meet customer expectations. Monitor and adjust cooking processes as needed to achieve desired results.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
