Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications for both Max's Tavern and Max's Swing Lounge Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times Follow recipes, plating standards, and prep instructions to ensure consistency and quality Assist with daily prep tasks, including chopping, butchering, and sauce preparation Rotate and store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service across both venues Ensure that kitchen equipment and stations are in good working order Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphereWhat We're Looking For Experience:
Proven experience as a Line Cook (2-3 years strongly preferred) Prior experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining kitchen environment is a plus Experience working all stations including grill, sauté, and pantry Familiarity with high-volume, scratch kitchens and fast-paced serviceSkills & Qualities:
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and prep instructions with precision Ability to stay organized and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures A team player who collaborates well with others Diversity Creates aHealthy Atmosphere:
