• Catering Silver and Sons was built on a premise that a great barbecue menu should be built on the following factors; sourcing as much as possible from farmers who make commitments to ethical farming practices, everything from toasting and grinding spice blends to freshly baked breads and pastries should be made from scratch, and there should be a balance to the menu selections. If quality and consistency are important to you as well, even when the line is out the door, we want you on our team. Silver & Sons BBQ is a growing barbecue company, and we're hiring line cooks for our Westbard Square counter-service spot and our food trucks. You'll also support catering prep and deliveries from our commissary kitchen. What you'll do Keep the line moving during rushes: house-smoked meats by the pound, made-to-order sandwiches on housemade bread, sides, and weekly specials

Weigh every meat order, because guests should get the same great plate every time

Keep a clean station, and label and rotate your prep

Work food truck shifts, catering prep, and deliveries as needed. What you bring 1+ year in a high-volume kitchen (quick-service, fast-casual, or restaurant) Speed without cutting corners
