Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Cook to join our staff! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, chicken and shrimp that delight our guests and meet safety standards. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure every order is crafted with care, consistency, and efficiency. Responsibilities Cook a few of the menu items which include Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Fried and grilled shrimp and chicken and breakfast sandwiches. Operate outdoor grill equipment safely and efficiently, and other culinary tools Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment Assist with meal preparation for daily service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning utensils, equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas regularly Communicate effectively with work staff to coordinate meal production and ensure timely service Adhere strictly to recipe specifications and portion control to ensure consistency across all dishes Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related food industry role; restaurant or catering experience preferred Knowledge of safety standards in food production and food safety management practices Strong grilling and deep frying skills with techniques for efficient ingredient preparation Ability to operate grill equipment safely and effectively under pressure Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with small work staff and team members Demonstrated ability to follow accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Join us as a Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
