Job Description
I own two restaurants. The first is the Rathskeller (instagram: @rathskellermd). We are Howard County's only German restaurant. Just minutes from a wedding venue, BWI, Patapsco State Park, and the Guinness Brewery. The second is Martha's Cafe (ig: @marthascafemd). We are a brunch spot serving modern classics. We have pastries and housemade ice cream. We are looking for someone to prep for us for both restaurants and to act as fill in for some of our more seasoned cooks. Some professional kitchen experience is required (no home cooks).
Duties include:
Hand portioning and pounding every. single. schnitzel Making our cabbage dish and potato salad Working with fresh ingredients from the farm Keeping cooking areas clean and organized Making sauces. The hybrid position includes some line cooking shifts and can change depneding on business circumstances.Job Types:
