Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill and prep Cook for our one-person pub grub kitchen on a part time, temporary basis (2-3 months) for 1-2 days per week. Simple bar menu. Must be available for Sunday hours 1pm - 7:00pm. Duties Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff. Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
