Must be able to work weekends and holidays! Cooks are responsible for all aspects of the food preparation and serving; must have two to four years food service experience working in an institutional-style facility, military experience a plus.

Cook Qualifications:

Read, write, speak, and understand written food service material. Prep Vegetables for Omelet Station. Prep and Cook Pancakes/French Toast. Prepare Breakfast Sandwiches to begin the meal service. Cook eggs to order during breakfast meal. Prep and cook grill sandwiches during lunch meal, including cheesesteaks. Knowledge of progressive cooking techniques, and knowledgeable of the characteristics of the various foods they prepare such as color, flavor, consistency, texture, and temperature and cooking time requirements. A high school graduate or GED.

•Possession of a culinary degree from an accredited institution waives this requirement.
