You thrive in fast-paced environments, know your way around a line, and take pride in plating with precision. You're not just cooking—you're crafting experiences. You bring heat, heart, and hustle to every shift. What You'll Do Execute prep and line cooking duties with speed, skill, and consistency Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service Adapt to changing menus, dietary needs, and special events Own your station—mise en place, timing, and presentation Communicate clearly and respectfully with chefs, servers, and support staff Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive kitchen culture What You Bring 2+ year of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or upscale dining preferred) Solid knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in the culinary field Additional Responsibilities The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours. Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
