Shift Leader Pay:

$15/hour plus tips. Team members typically earn $17-$23/hour total , depending on arena events and customer volume.

Schedule:

Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons/evenings. ^availability for all 3 of these days is required

18+ About the Job We're looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our concession stand inside Piney Orchard Ice Arena . This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and matching the excitement of the crowd. The right person will have an outgoing personality, provide memorable customer service, and help create a positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers. We are especially interested in someone who can grow into a shift leader position. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, initiative, organization, and leadership will be considered for additional responsibility and advancement. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to customers Take orders and accurately handle cash and card payments Prepare and serve food using a fryer and flat-top grill Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area Keep the concession stand stocked, clean, and organized Receive, inspect, and organize product deliveries Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures Support teammates during busy arena events Qualifications Reliable transportation is required due to limited public transportation in the area Must be available Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays Must be able to commit to scheduled high-volume event days, which will be provided in advance Previous food-service, cooking, or cashier experience is preferred Comfortable handling cash and working with a point-of-sale system Able to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Must bring energy, dependability, and a team-first attitude Able to stand for extended periods and complete normal concession-stand cleaning and stocking duties Perks Tips that typically bring total earnings to $17-$20/hour Flexible weekend schedule that keeps weekdays open Complimentary meal during qualifying extended shifts Fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by live sports Opportunity to grow into a shift leader position
