Position Purpose:
Responsible for performing basic coking tasks such as preparing ingredients, cooking food according to recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate with team members is key to ensuring satisfaction. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be essential in this role. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available. The hourly rate is between $23.00 - $28.00 depending on experience.

- Training in culinary arts school or apprenticeship with professional chefs, 3-5 years of relevant professional cooking experience
- In-depth professional knowledge and skills in food preparation, cooking and presentationEssential Duties and Responsibilities1.
Always provide superior service to guests, members and team at all times2. Produce all necessary food for operation as determined by culinary management team3. Ensure ordering for food station is adequate and inform Kitchen Manager immediately of product shortages4. Maintain the highest of quality in all aspects, from freshness of product, to product presentation5. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and designated station6. Prepare a wide variety of dishes7. Comply with established internal and local health and safety procedures and codes8. The proper use, operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment9. The proper use of all production lists and control systems/activities10. Ad to all standards and policies established by management team11. Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement12. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Kitchen Manager13. Uses our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products14.
