You will play a crucial role in the Food & Nutritional Services Dept preparing food for patients, staff and visitors.
Specific responsibilities include:
Prepare food for patients, staff and visitors by following standard recipes Set up equipment, measure ingredients, set and monitor pressure/temperature gauges Clean and maintain work area in a neat and sanitary condition What you'll get from us. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience. What we need from you. High school/GED plus at least 6 months of experience in quality/batch cooking Interpersonal skills sufficient to exchange cooking information and perform other activities requiring ordinary courtesy Concentration and attention to detail Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lifting objects under 10 lbs.
