Scope:

Assists General Manager to ensure all company standards for sales, service, quality and profit objectives are met

Duties:

1. Enforces all corporate policies and procedures in absence of General Manager 2. Ensures customer satisfaction, correcting problems as they occur 3. Manage team members to achieve food cost goals 4. Opens and closes store when General Manager and Assistant Manager are off 5. Maintains the cleanliness of the store to company standards 6. Assists in scheduling and labor management processes 7. Completes and turns in all paperwork as assigned 8. Implements training programs as directed by the General Manager 9. Participates in cost control initiatives as directed by GM and District Supervisor 10. Perform other duties as assigned. Required to stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work under extreme temperature conditions. Close and distant vision required.
