We are looking for outgoing, service-oriented individuals in our compact kitchen to serve our boutique hotel guests at the Hearthside Vine & Tap, our upscale hotel lounge-restaurant featuring a curated evening food menu, cocktails, wines and Maine craft brews. The right candidate will be a cheerful person with food & beverage service experience, neat, outgoing, and dependable and must be available late afternoons & evenings, starting at 4:00 PM until around 10 PM. The responsibilities of the position include: preparing menu items in our kitchen, assisting service personnel, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, cleaning dishes and resetting kitchen and service areas. This is a part-time opportunity, requiring Friday & Saturday evenings , and may be combined with other positions available at the hotel.
