Dara Bistro is currently hiring one Morning/daytime Line Cook. for a full timer, the hours are Hours would be Friday-Monday(Tuesday-Thursday OFF) from 5:00-2:00, or part time hours are available for just Saturday-Monday from 6am-1pm. Responsibilities include keeping your station stocked for service, dishes when able, and cooking basic Breakfast sandwiches, Pancakes, and the rotating breakfast special(IE Biscuits and Gravy) This particular position will be doing a lot of prep work/helping on the line when needed on the weekdays, and then actively working the line Saturday and Sunday. We have an open kitchen, and in the morning food is ordered at the counter, so it is a social, happy little place to be. About %75 of our customers come in at least twice a week, we find that aspect rewarding, getting to know folks. We really appreciate a friendly attitude, cleanliness, and a sense of urgency. pretty much everything else can be taught, however this is an independent position, after learning to do the job, you are expected to be self managed and able to communicate with the other kitchen folks well.
