We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and making sandwiches according to our menu.

You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all sandwiches and sides are prepared in a timely manner and meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Follow menu ingredients and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Ensure that food comes out in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersQualifications
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
