Line Cook/Pizza Maker

When pigs fly restaurant is a year round fast paced busy restaurant. We are seeking a full time pine cook & pizza line cook. Hours can be flexible but must Include nights & weekends. We are looking for a Line Cook that is comfortable with the flat top, fryer, sauté, and salads. We will definitely train the right person. Responsibilities include, prepping, working the line, fryer, sauté, or salads, working as a team, communication and up holding when pigs fly's quality & sanitation standards. We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customer's orders. The responsibilities include opening pizza dough, preparing & cooking ingredients to be used as toppings, expediting, operating wood fired ovens, line work, maintaining quality, manage a small team, closing & opening duties, sanitation, communication & more.
