Job Description

Spurwink Services is searching for a part-time cook at our 12-bed, home-like nursing facility in Lewiston. We are a supportive work environment and a great team. Cooking experience required with cooking in a healthcare environment preferred. Must be able to cook home style meals. Cleaning and organization skills required. Schedule is 12p-6p twice a week and every other weekend 5a-1:30p. Weekend hours include a $2 pay differential.
DUTIES:
Cook meals from scratch following therapeutic menus. Food prep. Must have knowledge of sanitation/safe food handling practices. Maintaining a clean work environment including washing dished and cleaning floors. Flexibility with schedule and ability to work every other weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of cooking experience required. Cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
