What you will do:

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items
• Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, along with special and catered events
• Work accurately and efficiently to meet volume and timing expectations
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards on every plate
• Follow all food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen What we are looking for:
• Prior cooking experience in a high-volume or institutional kitchen setting
• Comfort working across multiple meal periods and event-driven service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle typical kitchen physical demands
