Job Description

What You'll Do Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment Prep, cook, and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards Practice portion control and minimize waste to help keep costs on track Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying ahead of prep times Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, tables, shelves, and trash areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients and finished dishes Complete opening and closing kitchen tasks Assist with special functions and events as needed What We're Looking For Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Comfort reading and following recipes and cooking directions Pride in your work and the food you serve Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed Why You'll Love It Here A lively, team-focused kitchen environment Opportunities to showcase creativity and contribute ideas Variety in your day—from regular service to special events A role where your skills make guests' experiences memorable If you enjoy great food, good energy, and being part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it, we'd love to have you in the kitchen. • 1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or resort.
