Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Frying is a MUST! The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus. Proficient in meal preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
