Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fry Cook to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods efficiently and according to the menu.

Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods including french fries, and seafood
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Monitor stock levels and place orders when there are shortages

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fry Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering kitchen
Knowledge of food safety principles and practices
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Excellent time management abilities
