Available Part-Time Positions Position:

Monday:

7:00 AM - 1:00

PM Wednesday:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every other weekend rotation Holiday rotation Position Summary The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, home-style meals for approximately 20 residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This position plays an important role in creating an enjoyable and welcoming dining experience for our residents. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to planned menus Assist with food preparation and meal service Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures Comply with all applicable state and federal health and sanitation regulations Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent meal service Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable with excellent attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Previous cooking or food service experience preferred, but not required A genuine passion for serving seniors Benefits All employees are eligible for: Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company contributions after 90 days of employment Why Join Green Acres?
