Job Description

We are seeking an evening line cook in the kitchen who has experience in writing prep lists, leading the kitchen, cooking foods orders, calling and organizing food orders, knife skills, organizing the kitchen, fast paced cooking, putting away and organizing food/dry storage deliveries and grilling and frying foods to order. The Red Baron offers a competitive wage and maintains both a professional and fun work environment. The ideal candidate for this job will possess the following traits: Dependable Eager to Learn Organized Leadership Personable Lead, train, and motivate the evening kitchen line to ensure fast, high-quality food output. Write and execute daily prep lists and manage kitchen inventory/dry storage deliveries. Operate and maintain high-volume kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, sauté stations, and charbroilers). Call and organize incoming food tickets to maintain low ticket times during peak hours. Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and knife-safety standards. Qualifications
