Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team. The right person enjoys preparing fresh food, works well with others, and takes pride in serving our community. Whether it's breakfast for local regulars or lunch for visitors passing through, you'll help create the experience that keeps customers coming back to The Grind. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Set up and stock your work area before and during shifts. Keep food fresh, organized, and ready for service. Ensure meals are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times. Follow food safety and health department guidelines. Help with food prep, inventory, and receiving deliveries. Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide a great customer experience. Assist with daily opening and closing duties. Pitch in wherever needed to support the team. What We're Looking For Previous cooking experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Team player who enjoys working with others.
