Greencroft Communities Pay:
$15.76-20.14/hour based on experience Cook with Purpose. At Great Lakes Christian Homes, our Culinary Services team does more than prepare meals, we create meaningful dining experiences that bring comfort and joy to the residents we serve. If you enjoy cooking, working with a great team, and making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare fresh, nutritious meals using planned menus and recipes Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met Assist with special diets and portion control Maintain a clean, organized kitchen Work alongside a supportive team to provide an exceptional dining experience What We're Looking For Experience in commercial or institutional cooking is preferred, but not required A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Dependability and attention to detail A passion for serving older adults Schedule Five days per week, including every other weekend Two days off each week Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Occasional hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement plan with employer match Free meal every shift Education assistance and career growth opportunities Why Great Lakes Christian Homes?
