Culinary Team Member - The Nest We're building a talented culinary team for The Nest and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in great food and exceptional quality. Our kitchen is focused on premium steaks, fresh ingredients, consistent execution, and an elevated dining experience. We're looking for team members who work well in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to the details, and understand that every plate leaving the kitchen represents The Nest.

Positions may include:

Line Cooks Grill Cooks Prep Cooks Sauté / Broiler Cooks Pantry / Cold Station Dish / Kitchen Support What we're looking for: Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Steakhouse, grill, broiler, or fine-dining experience is a plus Strong attention to quality, presentation, and consistency Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Commitment to cleanliness and food-safety standards Availability for evenings and weekends We're looking for people who want to be part of a professional kitchen, take pride in their craft, and help us create a dining experience our guests will want to return to again and again.

Compensation:

Competitive and based on position and experience.
