You'll be preparing Mexican food and helping keep up with customer orders during busy shifts. Previous restaurant cooking experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meats, rice, beans, tacos, and other menu items Prepare food for customer orders Keep the kitchen clean and organized Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality Help with general kitchen duties as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or cooking experience strongly preferred Experience preparing Mexican food is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Able to prepare food consistently and follow recipes Reliable and able to show up for scheduled shifts Able to keep the kitchen clean and organized We're a small, family-owned restaurant looking for a dependable Cook to join our team.
